Karakter Plexi Suspension Lamp

Karakter suspension lamp, designed by Angelo Mangiarotti, is a stylish and versatile piece that can be used as a single piece or grouped together to create an impressive chandelier. The lamp is made of cylindrical Plexiglas, which conducts light from one end to the other, creating a direct light from the lower end while emanating light throughout each cylinder. The lower end of each cylinder has been sandblasted to cast a wider light onto the surface beneath the lamp. The sleek and modern design of the Plexi lamp makes it an ideal choice for grand halls, high ceilings, hotels, restaurants, lobbies, and corporate spaces. The lamp was originally designed in 1962 but was only produced in small quantities at the time.
