MDF Italia Sign Matt chair, designed by Piergiorgio Cazzaniga, is a seating and armchair project that has marked the evolution of the MDF Italia collection since 2006. In 2017, the collection was renewed with Sign Filo, Sign Baby, and Sign Matt, with the latter being the natural development of the original model and offered as both a chair and a comfortable armchair. Thanks to its matte finish, available in five different shades, the Sign Matt chair blends harmoniously into any environment, whether indoors or outdoors. Its unique and original shape makes it a standout piece in open spaces such as gardens, terraces, parks, porches, and beaches. Some of the key features of the Sign Matt chair include its iconic and unmistakable design, its suitability for both indoor and outdoor use, and the availability of five different color options. The chair's supporting structure is made of a single material, polyethylene (PE), which is molded using rotational molding technology. The particular strength of polyethylene and its ease of maintenance make Sign Matt suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The chair is also available with a drip hole, with a white cap for the white and cement finishes, and a black cap for the mud, navy blue, and corten finishes.
